Welcome to IncrediMail Tecnical Support Page IncrediMail is a free email client software program that lets enjoy special email apps that offer incredible ways to send and receive emails. Below-mentioned is a step-by-step process for setting up Network Solutions email with Incredimail.

Go to Incredimail, open click on the tools menu, and click accounts. Then, click the add button in the mail accounts screen. After clicking the add button, simply select "Let me configure settings myself" and click next. Move to the next step and click on other and enter the following information:

  • Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the "From" field of your outgoing messages.
  • Email Address: Enter your full mail address (e.g., mark@example.com).
  • Password: Enter your password.
Once you are done with the process of entering name, email address, and password, it is the time to click the Next button. Now, you have to furnish the following information:
  • Type "mail" followed by your domain name for your Incoming mail server (POP3). (e.g. mail.example.com)
  • Type "smtp." followed by your domain name for your Outgoing mail server (SMTP). (e.g. smtp.example.com)
Once you are done with the process it is time to click Next and then click Ok. Move to the next segment and click on the tools menu and click email accounts. Also make sure that your account is highlighted in the mail accounts screen and click on the properties button. Now, click on the servers tab and enter the following information:
  • Username: Enter your full email address (e.g., mark@example.com)
  • Password: Enter your password.
Once you furnish the information, click on the "My server requires authentication" check box. Then, click the button that says 'more settings'. Also make sure the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected. Again click ok. Now, click the advanced tab and alter your outgoing server setting to 2525 or 587. Also change server settings to port 587 if you are with Verizon.
